Two recent books on innovation that I have really enjoyed are:

1)Big Thinking Strategy: How to leverage bold ideas and leave small thinking behind – by Bernd H. Schmitt – Harvard Business School Press

2)Think Better: An Innovator's Guide to Productive Thinking - by Tim Hurson – McGraw Hill

Thanks

Also just finished "Game Changer" by A.G. Lafley and Ram Charan and would definitely recommend it.
